Clarification please.

How long does the project have to be? Does it have to be an app/program or just an idea to be presented through PPTs and other various ways?

    You can certainly submit an idea/prototype. However, the more fleshed out your idea + prototype is, the more points you will get in the implementation part of the rubric.
